    @Ombras I too miss John Candy terribly. No he wasn’t cut, buff, flawless or materially beautiful, he was human. A regular man with such a good soul. I couldn’t ever imagine sitting a lunch table with a Hollywood Super Star but I could imagine sharing a meal with John Candy and having a great time. It seemed to me he wouldn’t exclude people or simply pretend to like them – he truly cared about people and you can feel it in his acting. Was he a great man? IDK, but he was a good man. RIP JC.

    Yes ! I heard he was a good man . Great to hear it from someone who knew him personaly ! thanks you.
    He lade me laugh so much in the 80′s and 90′s . favorite comedian ever .

    Me, too. And, I miss him. He was a dear friend, I was his realtor in the 80′s. He was lovely man, a good dad and husband. Gone too soon.
