Lol you forget 1 big point. People work because the need the money. only 1 % of a company have people the do it for the company. Other 99% its just a daily job. And if every mounth week or day send the money on the bank the workers don`t complane at all. Got it. Good. No welcome in the 20ste.

give all employees a voice and stake in the system

  23. pjvdixon

After hundreds of focus groups and thousands of interviews with employees in a variety of industries, Gallup came up with the Q12, a 12-question survey that identifies strong feelings of employee engagement. Results from the survey show a strong correlation between high scores and superior job performance.

  24. pjvdixon

Hmm – you have obviously missed the Gallup studies. For the Gallup research read more – type into google gallup, engagement, scores, q12

    Hello World,

I very much like this technique. It is a very lively and engaging way of presenting certain topics. Does anyone have an idea what this method is called? I am looking for freelancers, artists who would create something like this for us but have no idea what name I should be searching for. Please help.

  48. GRX3000

It makes no difference at the end of the day… all you’re doing is making purpose into another commodity, a currency to be used which still makes it another version of money. The reason people are purpose-driven is because they tend to understand that doing something for ‘free’ will pay off in the longer term as opposed to doing something for the profits such as reputation & reliability, which have undoubtedly proven to be far more powerful than any other currency.

  49. JozeyHall

@benandreas369 How ever, when we reach the goals we set such as ‘growing up’ we learn that to support our family we may need money available for security and personal luxuries. This is what the ‘new world order’ sets upon influencing people toward a ‘western type world’ but if we remain conscious of our culture and history the choices we make will be still influenced by our ancestry.=EVERYONE WINS!

  50. angela1498

    I agree!!
